Feel free to smoke outside, and use designated containers for disposal of smoking-related waste. Eating Areas: Enjoy your meals in the kitchen and living room areas; avoid eating in the bedrooms. Guest Limits: The property sleeps 6 guests; gatherings should not exceed 12 guests without prior host approval. Events and Parties: Consult and gain approval from the host before hosting any events or parties. Trash Disposal: Dispose of trash in the appropriate bins provided (blue for recycling, green for garbage) located on the sidewalk. Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness indoors and outdoors. Kindly pick up and discard any trash around the property. Towel Disposal: Place used towels in the tubs upon check-out. Washer & Dryer: Is all in one unit and take a while to complete a small load. Please don't overfill. Respect for Property: Treat our home with care, as if it were your own. Damages and Cleaning: Report any damages and be mindful of excessive mess. Additional charges may apply for damages or excessive cleaning. Food Waste: Refrain from leaving food waste in bedrooms; meaning to eat in living and dining area not in bedrooms, dispose any waste in the designated trash bins. Ashes and Disposables: Properly dispose of ashes and smoking-related waste. A fee of $200 will apply for improper disposal. Honesty: If something breaks, please inform us. Transparency avoids unnecessary charges. Remember, our goal is to provide a clean, enjoyable experience for all guests. Reviews from past visitors reflect this intention.
